You will not /believe/ what we just saw on the road, I'm saving it so I can see you freak about it face-to-face. But just before, we saw this. Can you make anything of it?

Like this? It just raises more questions than it answers, though.

Sarah's first impression was of extreme enhancement; Tiffany had cleaned away all the fog, the motion blur was corrected for, a grey blob next to the "tombstone" was resolved into a pretty girl in a grey dress, and the text was sharp. There were color artifacts all over, but it was clearly readable, below a symbol that looked like a squid making love to a cockatiel.

"Roadside Historical Marker: I-776. This psionic construct was built by the subconscious will of the United States Of America just before the Great Awakening on the 4th of July, 2076."

Upon further reflection, the level of enhancement was downright impossible — this wasn't an enhancement. This was a different image.

A scan from a site on conspiracy nuts. The original image was taken in 1976, and there's some images of pokemon or something the couple supposedly captured. The site claims this means Megami Tensei and then Pokemon are ripoffs of this, I guess it takes a conspiracy nut to know a conspiracy nut.

I'm looking forward to the details, but you missed the freaking.

"Well. Fuck."
